Introduction
Why does God allow us to suffer? This is a question that was asked by Job as he faced the onslaught of trials. It is a question that each of us has asked at various times in our lives. In this study we will look at the origin of human suffering. We will look at the different causes of suffering. We will try to develop an understanding as to why God allows us to suffer and what we can do in response to our suffering. We will also look at what we can do to help others who are in the midst of suffering.
